Service Description

Coaching involves a conversation between us, where you explore your thoughts and/or goals, and I help to enable reflection, discovery and clarity. ​I am currently completing a Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching with Animas, the Coaching Centre. Whilst I am studying towards the qualification, sessions are free.
