Stitches from Around the World Series: Huck Embroidery.
Learn the art of huck embroidery (Swedish weaving) and create a striking table runner over the course of 3 weeks. Huck embroidery is a surface embroidery technique using a specialised fabric and needle. Learn techniques and create beautiful geometric patterns. Held on Zoom, this course is held over 3 evenings in October. It starts with simple stitches, and progresses to more complicated patterns. We'll spend three consecutive Wednesdays together learning the stitches and creating. You can supply your own materials, or purchase the kit accompanying the course. This ticket includes the cost of the kit, which includes the specialised fabric, needles, and 7 skeins of perle thread.

This ticket is for the course only - if you'd like to supply your own materials - you'll need huck fabric, a huck needle (although a darning needle would probably suffice) and the following colours of no 3 perle thread: dark/medium/light green, dark/medium/light pink and yellow.
