Refunds and Returns

Returns


Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​

Vouchers are non-refundable.

​

Workshops are non-refundable after the date of the workshop has passed.

​

If a workshop has been cancelled, we'll let you know 48 hours before and you will have 28 days to let us know if you'd like a refund or to transfer to another workshop. 


If you'd like to transfer, the difference/outstanding balance is to be paid or refunded on the date of the workshop. If the customer misses this workshop, they will not be entitled to a refund or to transfer to another workshop.

If you can't make a workshop, you must let us know at least 7 days prior. Any later and you will not be entitled to a refund.

When ordering materials for a workshop, delivery within the UK included. Should you require international delivery, please contact us first to confirm pricing.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 


Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@beingewe.co.uk
