Welcome to Being Ewe
Being Ewe is dedicated to encouraging you in a more arty, crafty and generally creative life, improving your wellbeing along the way.
Wellbeing Through Creativity
Hello! Welcome to Being Ewe!
I am Beverley, and I'm passionate about being creative and spreading crafty joy around the world :-)
I enjoy all sorts of art & crafts, but specialise in stitching and mixed media. They're my passions.
I especially enjoy creating landscapes and portraits.
Take a look around the website for all sorts of creative offerings:
join one of our regular live events
join our monthly Stitch Club for all sorts of creative play
Maybe you're new to stitching and you're curious:
have a look at the beginner kits
take a peek at the stitches database and have a go
Or maybe you'd just like to read through my blogs, and laugh at some of my attempts at art -
laugh with me of course!
My aim is to make all my offerings warm, friendly and down to earth.
I believe strongly in the creative process - and not just the outcome.
Doing something creative allows us rest our weary brains, be in the present moment and find joy.
Whatever your reason for being here, you're welcome.

"Beverley was so patient. I absolutely loved doing the kantha embroidery class. It was so therapeutic and so enjoyable. I can't wait for the next class."

The Being Ewe Stitch Club

The Being Ewe Stitch Club meets monthly, online.

Each month we undertake a project to explore fabric and threads, and boost our creativity.
The projects are designed so that you can use your own 'stash'
You can bring your own ideas to the project, or follow along with the suggestions.
We're all different!
At the beginning of each month you're sent the instructions for the project,
including any materials and preparation you may need to make -
such as taking a photo or choosing your fabrics.
The group is friendly and informal, and there's no pressure.
Come along and have fun!
The Stitch Club is £10/month, and you can cancel any time you'd like.
If you prefer to try us out, you can join in any of the sessions as a one-off

"Beverley has very kindly prepared a pattern of my son's portrait so I am looking forward to doing this independently. I would totally recommend any course with Being Ewe. Thank you again Beverley."
